Mr. Griffin is a specialist in real estate appraisals and advisory/consulting
services. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Pennsylvania
and New Jersey. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker.
His professional career began in 1972. He has been employed by several
national and regional appraisal and consulting firms. In 1989, Mr. Griffin became Regional Vice President of a national appraisal/consulting
firm with offices in major cities throughout the United States. In 2003 he founded Griffin Consulting Services Inc. The firm
provides appraisal and valuation consulting services to major banks and financial institutions, corporations, municipalities,
and private clients.
Appraisal assignments encompass all types of real property with significant
experience in complex commercial and retail properties, special-use properties, hotels, and large-scale industrial properties.
Consulting services include annual valuation update services, portfolio reviews, asset liquidation and workouts, estate and
gift tax, property tax consulting, and litigation support services.
